IMPORTANT CFP INFORMATION

 

As a courtesy to those members of ASECS who have had to evacuate from the path of Hurricane Florence or whose lives have been disrupted by the storm, we ask session organizers to be flexible in reviewing late submissions from members in the affected region.

 

Due to our printing schedule, we are unable to extend the 1 October deadline for panel organizers. However, organizers should feel free to take until that date to provide their panel lineups to the Business Office, if they hear from potential contributors who were impacted by the storm.
