25th Lewis Walpole Library Lecture CANCELLED in the context of Yale’s response to coronavirus diseas

In the context of Yale’s response to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) we must cancel indefinitely the 25th Lewis Walpole Library Lecture, which was to be delivered on April 1st, 2020 by Professor Emeritus Thomas W. Laqueur, of the University of California, Berkeley. We hope to reschedule Professor Laqueur’s lecture as soon as possible in the 2020/21 academic year. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation, and thank you for your understanding and flexibility in this situation.
