Tours of St. Louis Museum Collections and Lecture

The planned pre-conference workshop at the Saint Louis Art Museum has been cancelled along with the ASECS Annual Meeting. However, for any attendees who are local and/or still plan to travel to St. Louis, assistant curator of American art Amy Torbert will now lead a hour-long tour of the Museum’s 18th-century collections. The tour will be offered at two times: Wednesday, March 18 at 2pm and Friday, March 20 at 5pm. If you are able to attend (no need to register ahead of time), please plan to meet at the Museum’s information desk in Sculpture Hall. For any questions, please contact Amy at amy.torbert@slam.org.

In addition, Wendy Roworth will still deliver a lecture on Angelica Kauffman at the Saint Louis Art Museum on Friday, March 20 at 7pm. To reserve free tickets, and for more information, visit: https://www.slam.org/event/angelica-kauffman-an-enterprising-artist-in-18th-century-britain/.
