The deadline for affiliate societies and caucuses to submit guaranteed panel proposals is April 23, 2021. These will be shared with the ASECS membership when we issue the general CFP on May 1, so that members do not propose topics that have already been accepted. Caucuses may submit two (2) guaranteed session proposals, and Affiliate and Regional Societies may submit one (1). Additional proposals, if desired, may be submitted in response to the general CFP.
You may submit your proposals to https://forms.gle/KYn4JsrNNVGzwFDv8. Proposals received after this date (4/23) may be considered by the Program Committee along with other submissions from the ASECS membership, but their place on the program will not be guaranteed.
