New long-term NEH fellowships at the Schwarzman Building
The New York Public Library is happy to announce the National Endowment for the Humanities Long-Term Fellowships which will provide support for advanced research in the humanities. Applications are open to scholars studying the history, literature, and culture of peoples represented in collections housed at the Schwarzman Building (Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street) and to professionals in fields related to the Library’s holdings, including librarianship and archives administration, special collections, photography, prints and maps.
The fellowships support two fellows for nine months with a stipend of $45,000. The application deadline is January 15, 2021. For full information, click here

Short-Term Research Fellowships at the New York Public Library
Applications are now being accepted for NYPL Short-Term Research Fellowships. These fellowships are intended to support scholars engaged in graduate-level, post-doctoral, and independent research in the arts and humanities. Stipends are $1,000 per week for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of four. The deadline for applications is January 25, 2021.
