Graduate Student Research Essay Prize
Deadline 1 January 2022
To support the pioneering research contributions of the next generation of scholars of eighteenth-century studies, this prize recognizes an outstanding research essay of 15-30 pages that has not been previously published.
The award will be presented at the Annual Meeting and the winner will receive $200.
A copy of the essay in Word or .pdf format, along with a letter of endorsement from a mentoring professor that outlines the original contributions that the essay makes to the field of eighteenth-century studies, should be received by the ASECS Business Office at firstname.lastname@example.org by 1 January 2022. In order to be eligible for this award, applicants must be Graduate Student members of ASECS at the time of submission.
