Graduate Student Conference Paper Prize
Deadline - 15 May 2020
The ASECS Executive Board offers a prize of $200 for the best paper presented by a graduate student at the ASECS Annual Meeting. (Regional meetings do not qualify.)
Due to the cancellation of the 2020 ASECS Annual Meeting, papers that were accepted for presentation at that meeting, and that will not be presented at the 2021 meeting in Toronto, are eligible for the 2020 prize.
Papers submitted for this competition should be no longer than 2,500 words plus notes and illustrations. Papers exceeding this length will be disqualified. To be eligible for the prize, the author must be a member in good standing of ASECS or an ISECS affiliate society who is currently enrolled in a graduate program.
Please submit papers in .pdf format via email with the header "2020 Graduate Student Conference Paper Prize" to the ASECS Business Office by 15 May 2020. The winner will be notified in June and the award announced on the ASECS website and in the August/September News Circular.
