Women's Caucus - Catharine Macaulay Graduate Student Prize - Deadline 1 September 2022

If you are (or know) a graduate student whose paper at the ASECS 2021 Annual Meeting or at a regional meeting in 2021-2022 helped to "advance understanding of gender dynamics, women’s experience, and/or women's contributions to eighteenth-century culture, or offer a feminist analysis of any aspect of eighteenth-century culture and/or society," please submit the paper for consideration for the Macaulay Prize. The prize committee is looking for papers as they were presented at the conference (i.e., they are not seeking expansions of a conference paper into an article or chapter).

The Catharine Macaulay Graduate Student Prize carries a cash award of $1,000. The winner will be asked to serve on the next year’s Award committee, and if they accept will receive a one-year free ASECS membership.

More information can be found at the ASECS Women's Caucus website: http://www.asecswomenscaucus.com/catherine-macaulay-graduate-student-prize.html
